FAQ

  • What is the difference between Standard and Deep cleaning?
The main difference between Standard Cleaning and Deep Cleaning is the level of detail and thoroughness. Standard Cleaning is typically less detailed and time-consuming than Deep cleaning. The goal in Standard Cleaning is to maintain the space in a clean and tidy manner. When the level of dirty is high, you need to do a Deep Cleaning. A Deep Cleaning includes wiping down the baseboards and sills, while the regular just dusting them.
  • Do you have insurance?
Yes, we do. General Liability: This insurance covers costs from third-party accidents, third-party bodily injury, and third-party property damage resulting from our products, services, or business operations.
  • Is there any cancelation fee?
If you need to cancel, please let us know by phone up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. All cancellations will require a $50 fee. After 3 consecutive cancellations, we will have a right to decline future service.
  • Do cleaners bring their own supplies? Can I specify what supplies to use? What products do the cleaners use?
All cleaners bring their own supplies and cleaning materials, so you don’t have to worry about stocking up. If you prefer the cleaners to use your supplies, just be sure to indicate your preferences, what products to use and provide instructions when you book your appointment.
  • Do I have to be home during my appointment? Can I trust my cleaner with the keys?
Yes! You can leave them in a discreet place and let us know, or if you live in a building with a doorman, you can leave them with him. Please be sure to note this on your appointment.
  • What if I am not satisfied with my cleaner?
All of the cleaners that we work with pass through our rigorous screening process, and in the event that you’re not satisfied with your cleaner, you can request a different cleaner or contact our Customer Service line and we will help match you up with a cleaner that meets your requirements.
  • Can I request the same cleaner?
    Yes, you can.
  • How do I tip my cleaner?
While tips are never required and at your discretion, they are certainly appreciated and are a great way to show your cleaner your satisfaction with their work. You can leave a cash tip.
